ADCONSULT International Business Tours Project
My name is Roman Pivovarov, I’m CEO of ADCONSULT.
Since we mostly work with Russian advertising agencies, our website is primarily in Russian. So this is just a brief page in English that explains who we are and what we do.

At ADCONSULT we have been serving Russian and CIS advertising and media markets since 2005. We provide consulting and training expertise to over 1500 various federal, regional and local advertising agencies and media companies.
Our main services include seminars, webinars, online-courses, conferences, master-classes and other educational activities.
Our clients vary greatly, from Moscow-based branches of multinationals like DDB, OMD, Hearst and others, to small regional ad shops or local newspapers and other media companies.
We partner with major Russian marketing and advertising societies and associations, but our main focus is education and networking for ad/media industry rather than market research, or leadership awards, or policymaking and lobbying, etc.
International Business Tours
Among various ADCONSULT’s projects are the International Networking Trips, during which we gather together a group of about 20-30 CEOs and owners of ad/media businesses in Russia and travel to one of the world’s advertising capitals to meet with ad colleagues from around the world, establish personal connections and engage in further networking.
The main purpose of such meetings is experience exchange, networking and establish connections between Russian and Global advertising businesses and to research the possibility of further cooperation. We talk about advertising approaches, client work, management issues, basically, about anything that could be of interest to each other. This exchange of ideas and observations provides very valuable insights both for the members of our group and for our hosts.
At ADCONSULT we believe that our mission in these projects is to bring Russian ad market closer to international standards and to help it to find its way into the worldwide advertising community.
Sometimes, and quite often, actually, clear business opportunities arise right away from such meetings, when our members find partners or vendors for their projects. Well, needless to say, we all live in a global market now.

Our International Business Trips last for one week, and we try to arrange at least two meetings per day.
Usually one meeting lasts one or two hours. Our hosts mostly start with a brief presentation of the agency, tell us about their work and their approach and then we go into a session of Q&As which takes up rest of the time. The group has usually numerous questions, so we rely on our moderator, head of the group, to run this session in a way that it would benefit both sides.
We believe that such meetings are very helpful and useful to our participants, and, in fact, may also be fun and valuable experiences for the host agency/company as well.
