Meeting with 20+ digital, media, communications & PR agencies from Russia in the week of March 20-24th
I’d like to invite you to a meeting with a group of 20+ CEOs and owners of independent digital, media, marketing and advertising agencies from Russia, that are coming to Buenos Aires this March 20-24th to meet with colleagues for networking and new business opportunities.
We are not an official delegation, we are not connected to the Russian government, we are just marketing & advertising businessmen looking for new partnerships, new markets for our clients and new solutions.
I guess, you could call us something like an informal club or an association of agency owners.

Of course, there is no guarantee that we will strike any kind of business deal right on the next day. :)
But our 10+ year experience with similar networking projects in other countries speaks for itself: quite often very concrete business opportunities arise from such meetings, when our members find partners, exchange clients, or become vendors for their projects.
This is why I'm proposing this brief meeting to discuss opportunities that are opening up right now for possible partnerships.

At ADCONSULT we've been organizing such international networking trips for over 10 years.
Since 2012 we've helped Russian-speaking ad / media / marketing / digital agencies to build connections in over 30 countries.
In 2019 we've already visited Buenos Aires with a group of Russian, Ukrainian (yes, it was possible back then), Kazakh & Azerbaijanian agencies. Back then we've met with Muchnik PR, Urban Group, Ignis Media, R/GA, Quiroga Media and a number of other agencies. It was a very productive trip.
Now, in 2023, tragic political events of Russian governments' aggression towards Ukraine made Russian business hostage to the situation.
That is especially true for modern digital, creative and tech business projects that now feel themselves unwanted in a quickly militarizing country.
Many companies, projects and startups have now started to look abroad for possible business activities. Latin America, along with Middle East and South East Asia is a priority in their search for new opportunities and for possible locations of their investments.
Meanwhile, agencies with Russian roots can bring new adtech / martech / ecommerce solutions to the markets, and are ready to invest in new partnerships.
They also will take along with them their clients, bringing them to their partner agencies in Latin America.
We usually come for one full work week and we try to arrange at least two meetings per day.
Usually one such meeting lasts about two hours.

These meetings are very informal, because we are all colleagues.
We are not an official delegation, we’re just agency leaders, just as you are.
We believe that such meetings are very helpful and useful to our participants, and, in fact, may also be fun and valuable experiences for the host agency/company as well.
As one of our hosts said: “Guys, this has been very fruitful for us, because you’ve asked us questions that we would’ve never asked ourselves”.
The main purpose of such meetings is experience exchange, networking and establish connections between Russian and worldwide advertising businesses and to research the possibility of further cooperation.
We talk about advertising approaches, client work, management issues, basically, about anything that could be of interest to each other.
This exchange of ideas and observations provides very valuable insights both for the members of our group and for our hosts.
At ADCONSULT we believe that our mission in these projects is to bring Russian ad market closer to international standards and to help it to find its way into the worldwide advertising community.

Since 2005 we’ve been providing consulting and training expertise to over 1500 advertising agencies and media companies in the region.
Our key activities include consulting projects, M&As, leadership training, business networking for agencies and industry professionals.
Our clients vary greatly, from Moscow-based branches of multinationals (WPP, Omnicom, IPG, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas and others), to leading independent creative studios to small regional ad agencies or local newspapers and other media companies.
Of course, we partner with major Russian marketing and advertising societies and associations (AKAR, ADINDEX, etc), but our main focus is business development, leadership education and networking for ad/media industry rather than market research, ratings, awards, or policymaking and lobbying, etc.
